Updating Computer Programs
Computer software needs to be updated regulary. I was reminded of this earlier this week when I finally updated my Microsoft Outlook 2003 to the 2007 version.* Naturally, it updated several other programs like Word, Powerpoint and Excel. The difference in my system is incredible. It feels like I have a new system (almost) again. When my computer accesses those programs it reacts much faster plus the difference in the old 2003 screen and the new 2007 screen is dramatic. It is much more user-friendly now since there are icons stretching across the top of the page with the many available options when you use the Word program. I have not compared the Excel nor Powerpoint programs yet. I have no doubt that they will be cleaned up as well.

It was an Upgrade version I purchased at a local computer store. Once you purchase the original version, you can buy "upgrades" as they come out rather than buying the entire program again. These are MUCH less expensive.
